Return & Refund Policy

At Healine Ibiza we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Gift cards/downloadable software.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, skincare).
- Request: Contact us at [email protected] or via [Returns Portal URL] with your order number.
- Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back: Instructions will be passed once Return Authorisation is processed and approved
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method: Refunds go to the original payment method. Bank delays may apply.
- Partial Refunds: Granted if items are returned used/damaged.
- Faulty/Damaged Items: We’ll cover shipping for replacements. Contact us immediately with photos.
- Size: Subject to availability. Follow the return process and place a new order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
