Welcome to Healine Ibiza. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our store.
- Account Responsibility: Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.
- Accuracy of Information: Ensure all provided details (e.g., shipping address) are correct. We’re not liable for errors.
- Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee colors/sizes match your screen. Contact us for clarifications.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing mistakes occur (you’ll receive a full refund).
- Availability: Items are sold until stock lasts. Backorders will be communicated promptly.
We offer a range of wellness services including massage therapies, osteopathy, online consultations, and retreats. By booking a service, you agree to the following:
- Appointments: Bookings are confirmed via email once payment or a deposit is received (if required).
- Health Information: For physical treatments, you may be required to complete a medical form and consent form to ensure the appropriateness of the service. This information is handled with confidentiality (see Privacy Policy).
- Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical concerns before your treatment.
- Late Arrivals & Cancellations:
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without a refund.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Participation in Healine’s retreats and events is subject to the following terms:
- Deposits & Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
- Full payment must be completed by the specified deadline.
- Cancellations:
- If you cancel 30 days before the retreat, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure), Healine reserves the right to reschedule or cancel, offering participants a refund or transfer of credit.
Participant Responsibility: You are responsible for personal insurance, medical clearance, and travel arrangements when attending retreats abroad.
For virtual consultations and group offerings:
- Access: Participants will receive a private link to join online services. Sharing or distributing the link without permission is prohibited.
- Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule
- Order Acceptance: Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation email.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted through Stripe payment gateway secure connection. More info here.
- Sales Tax: Applied where required by law.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Shipping Times: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur.
- International Orders: Customs/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returns: See our Return Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions.
- Ownership: All content (logos, text, images) on this site is our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us rights to display them.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for illegal purposes or fraud.
- Hack, spam, or disrupt site functionality.
- Resell products for commercial purposes without permission
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by Spain / Balearic Islands laws.
- Mediation: Disputes will first attempt resolution via good-faith negotiation
We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from product use or site issues.
Maximum liability is limited to the order’s purchase price.
